curing eczema

(mumbai)

I want to cure my eczema as fast as possible.

Hello,

Thanks for your email regarding curing eczema. I'm sure how fast these tips will help cure eczema, but they can help reduce symptoms and irritation.

Consider trying probiotics (acidophilus) you can find this in a good quality yogurt or take acidophilus capsules found in most health food stores.

Also, try to eat or take omega 3 fish oil. A double blind study found that when eczema suffers took 1.8 grams of EPA (found in omega 3 fish oil) they report dramatic improvements in eczema symptoms in about 12 weeks.

Research believe that fish oil helps to reduce leukotriene B4 which helps to reduce plays an important role in inflammation.

Also, try Salt soaks - soaking immersed palms or feet (or other parts of the body that can be soaked) for 40 minutes to an hour in a salt solution of 1/4 salt dissolved in hot water that must be allowed to cool. Try to do two or three times a day for 3 to 4 days as required.

Soak only the affected area, otherwise your healthy skin will become dry and irritated. And use a natural moisturizer from the Aloe Vera plant to keep the area hydrated but not damp.

We have done much research on this topic and found that a highly effective, certified organic aloe vera and colloidial oatmeal cream that helps bring relief to itchiness, flaking and redness, plus it makes the skin softer.
