Facial Exercises for Crows Feet?

Is there any truth to doing facial exercises to get rid of crows feet and wrinkles? I'm afaid to try it for fear that I'll make it worse.

Yes, absolutely! Facial exercises are a powerful way to keep skin aging at bay and look younger naturally....without that pulled back, wind blown look.

I've been doing facial exercises since 1999 and finally found one that is fast to do (about 15 min. a day), safer than most because it doesn't require you to pull the skin...but rather massage it, and gives you a natural elegant look.
