Home Remedies For Wrinkles
Use a Natural Facial Mask and Face Wrinkle Cream to Minimize Wrinkles
Need home remedies for wrinkles? Learn about natural wrinkle remedies and face wrinkle cream. The alternative: botox injections for wrinkles and more intrusive, and expensive, plastic surgery.
Are you looking for home remedies for wrinkles that are safe and effective? There are many natural wrinkle remedies that you can do at home for free: including making your own facial cleanser, facial mask and even face wrinkle cream and moisturizer.
And, for even better results, these remedies can be used in combination with Topical Restylane/Hyaluronic Acid Creams and Serums.
Restylane injections and derma fillers contain medical grade hyaluronic acid that, when injected into the skin, helps to plump it up; filling in deep folds and wrinkles. Recently, scientists discovered a topical form of hyaluronic acid that can be applied onto the skin to obtain similar results.
The research indicates that when this topical form of hyaluronic acid is applied to the skin there is an 82% increase in fullness of the cheek area within just 14 days. Scientists suspect the immediate results are due to the ability of the hyaluronic acid to hold up to 1000 times its own weight in water. This helps to provide an immediate plumping of the skin; filling out wrinkles and folds. With long term use, they found that hyaluronic acid can help stimulate filling skin fibers, thereby firming up the skin. Click Here For More Information.
Home Remedies for Wrinkles: Natural Wrinkle Remedies
Natural wrinkle remedies can vary from simple face exercises, to natural face masks you can make in your own kitchen. One of the best, and our favorite, natural wrinkle remedies is the olive oil and pineapple mask - sounds unusual, but it works great.
In addition to reducing fine lines, this mask helps to exfoliate dead skin cells and hydrate and plump up the skin, which also reduces the appearance of wrinkles. Pineapple contains an excellent natural digestive enzyme called bromelian.
This enzyme will literally breakup and dissolve dead skin cells and dirt. It also has powerful anti-inflammatory properties so it’s a great treatment for adult acne.
To make the mask combine the following:
- Mash 1 cup of pineapple chunks. Rinse off the syrup first if using canned pineapple.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add more olive oil if skin is dry and less if skin is oily.
- Mix well than apply the mask to your face, neck, and don’t forget your chest. The skin is very thin in this area and often show wrinkles at a pretty young age.
- Leave on for 20-30 minutes, rinse well and pat dry.
- This would be a good time to apply an all natural Vitamin C Serum. This serum contains 16% pure vitamin C that is scent free and perfect for all skin types. It contains organic and kosher vegetable and aloe extracts. Click here to view more details.
Applying a natural Vitamin C Crystal Serum twice a day is optimal, but even if you only use it using it once a day, it will still help reduce fine lines, lighten sun/age spots, and leave the skin looking evenly toned.
Don't forget to use this on top of your hands and chest for fresher, more dewy, skin.
Home Remedies For Wrinkles - How to Prevent Face Wrinkles
Besides eliminating or reducing wrinkles, people want to know how to prevent wrinkles in the first place. Try facial exercises.
Facial exercising is one of the best home remedies for wrinkles - it’s like a non-surgical face lift. When done properly, face exercises can target all 57 muscles in the face -- lifting cheek muscles, filling out hollows, reducing a double chin, enhancing skin firmness, and reducing sagging jowls.
And this can be done at home. In addition, facial exercises help to encourage blood circulation sending nourishing oxygen to skin cells.
Here is a free facial exercise sample for reducing crow’s feet - those pesky eye wrinkles. Now before doing this keep in mind that the goal here is to contract the muscle and 'slide' your fingers over the skin. You’re not trying to stretch the skin - just massage it as you move across.
- Squeeze the eyes shut and place your thumbs on the outer corner of your eyes - where your crow’s feet begin.
- Your other fingers should rest on top of your head.
- Now gently slide your thumbs from the outer corners of your eyes towards the temples. Don’t press hard, just glide/massage the skin.
- Bring thumbs back to outer corners of the eyes and repeat again.
- Do this 10 times each day.
