I recently discovered that apples are a very healthy fruit to use in natural, rejuvenating masks. They have natural vitamins that are good for your skin. I thought I'd share two masks that I've tried and that really made my skin feel great.

Apple Moisturizing Mask

To prepare a moisturizing mask, mix equal amounts of grated apples and carrots (2 tablespoons is enough). Add 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Pat on face and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

Apple Rejuvenating Mask

Aged skin benefits from apples too.
To prepare this mask, take one apples and grate it. Mix with tablespoon of cream (or milk if cream is not available) and one teaspoon of olive oil. Apply on your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes. Then rinse with warm water and apply a good moisturizing cream.
