Hydrate vs Dry skin. Is Vitamin C helpful for the skin?
I read some where that real vitamin C is good for the skin and helps to hydrate it. What kind should I use? The kind you find at the health food store. Hello, Thanks for your email regarding vitamin C and hydrate vs dry skin. If you can apply Real, Fresh, topical L-Ascorbic vitamin C you can not only help increase hydration within the skin cells, but you can also reduce brown spots and sagging, damaged textured skin. You see pure L-Ascorbic Acid, when applied directly to the skin interferes with the over-production of melanin (which is responsible for brown spots, liver spots, and sun spots). Also, pure vitamin C applied right on the skin helps to minimize fine lines and damaged skin tone. There are over 1,000 studies proving the wonderful rejuvenating benefits of topical vitamin C. The problem is vitamin oxidizes very quickly....so most creams sitting your drugstore or department store shelves are not potent and offer no benefits to the skin. However, I have found a Vitamin C skin serum that you mix up fresh right before using it........ so it's 200 times more concentrated that most creams and serums on the store shelves. This vitamin C skin product comes in two parts - a dry packed test tube with pure L-Ascorbic Acid powder and a hydrating serum cocktail- filled with vitamins and nutrients. Before using it, you pour the powdered vitamin C into the serum and mix well. Then apply a thin film all over the skin. I have started using this and can tell you that your skin will feel like velvet from the very first application. And, the results just keep getting better and better. Most people start to see great results in just 4-7 days! Click here Organic Vitamin C to read more. This especially beneficial to use with facial exercises.... |
