Home Remedies for Stuffy Nose - Neti Pots

Hi.

The first thing I want to say it that more people should try a neti pot! Very easy and really really helpful. Takes some getting used to but worth it.

Natural treatments seem to be coming more widely used - this is awesome!

Also be aware that there have been advances in the treatment of CHRONIC sinusitis. It used to be that surgery was the only answer but balloon sinuplasty and others have added to the list of viable options.

Thanks for the great suggestion. I remember when neti pots where all the rage in health food stores back in the 80's and 90's....now I never hear about them. Thanks!
