How Does Stress Affect Your Overall Health? Develop a
Stress Management Activity Program

Take a stress level test to assess how does stress affect your overall health. Build a stress management activity program to reduce (and manage) stress. After you take a stress test, find tips for reducing stress and include natural herbs for stress relief.

Stress Level Test

Don’t let stress affect your overall health. Many people do not realize how much of a negative impact stress has on our lives and our health.

Did you know which that too much stress can result in mood disorder symptoms; generalized anxiety disorder symptoms; weight loss or gain and other digestive issues; depression or sadness; or that stress can cause hives?

There is stress in everyone's life; every day. But the stress that affects your overall health is the unmanaged stress. You need to develop a stress management activity plan to deal with stress. But, first, do a stress level test to find out how stressed you are!

Take a Stress Test

Answer the questions below to determine your stress level, then follow the Tips For Reducing Stress listed below to get your life back on track. Ask yourself the following questions; if you answer yes to five or more questions.you’re probably over stressed.

  1. Do you try to do everything yourself?
  2. Do you have a short fuse and tend to blow up easily?
  3. Do you set unrealistic goals for yourself, only to find you’ve failed again?
  4. Do you get irritated or agitated easily?
  5. Do you often find that you are disorganized?
  6. Do you procrastinate or put things off until later?
  7. Do you sometimes feel that you are unable to cope with everything you have to do?
  8. Do you find yourself racing through the day always trying to catch up with your tasks?
  9. Do you get angry when you are kept waiting; are you always impatient?
  10. Do you feel you get enough sleep and exercise?

Well, how did you do? If you answered YES to five or more questions, you’re probably like the many of us: over stressed and under rested. Try following some of the simple healthful tips listed below:

Tips For Reducing Stress: Herbs For Stress

  • Make time for yourself! Take at least 30 minutes for yourself daily. Have a quiet time, meditate, go for a walk, or just close your eyes and rest.
  • Set realistic goals for yourself. Setting goals too high only sets you up for failure, depression and stress. Be kind to yourself and realize that nobody is perfect. Try to forgive others and don't hold grudges with others.
  • Get some exercise; at least 5 times a week. Exercise will burn off the stress chemicals and improve your sleep
  • Speaking of sleep, get at least 8 hours of sleep or try taking a nap. Nothing increases cortisol (the stress hormone) faster in your body than sleep deprivation!
  • Try to get a good dose of antioxidants and vitamins to help keep your adrenal glands strong and healthy; especially vitamin B complex. Eating fresh fruits and veggies, along with good protein (like eggs), will give your body nutrients to help perform at its best.
  • Consider taking herbal supplements that help the body produce serotonin; which is a feel-good hormone. We love and recommend MindSoothe. This complete herbal formula helps to safely promote emotional well-being. It contains St. John's Wort and Passionflower, which have been used for thousands of years to help with stress, anxiety, stress eating, and depression.

Many people have told us they begin to feel much better in a few weeks, with significant results in a few months. Click here to read more about MindSoothe.

If your stress level test shows that you need to better manage the stress in your life, make sure that you take action. Unmanaged stress can have a significant impact on your health; a stress management activity program, along with natural, herbal remedies, will help you deal with your stress.
