sun damage

by kate
(nonestop_devotion@hotmail.com)

I have a very sensitive skin and i get easily burnt when exposed to the sun even for a few minutes...I'm using a good protection but i want to know what is the best or maybe the top best products to lighten up my face and to remove the dark areas specially on my forehead and nose..

thanks anyway.

Hello Kate,

Hyperpigmentation is common in all skin types. Nearly everyone is susceptible to dark patches, but hyperpigmentation most commonly occurs after damage to your skin from sun, acne, hormones or even rashes.

This discoloration occurs at the cellular level when melanin gets stored in cells that's protecting your skin. The discolored ares can look pinkish, red, purple or brown........this all skin depends on your skin tone.

The two types of excellent treatments - in my opinion are available - is a resurfacing facial and a natural skin brightening cream. The cream can speed up cell regeneration and reduce high melanin concentrations.

If you skin is very sensitive and want to lighten the overall complexion, I would suggest the second one - the lightening cream.

If you have blotchy or patchy skin, or lots of blackheads, whiteheads, clogged pores, scars, brown spots, or freckles...I would suggest the first one.

In reference to the second lightening cream, the Journal of Dermatology suggests that Arbtuin (which is the main active ingredient in the lightening cream) can help reduce melanin concentration.

Hope this helps.
